Copyright Assignment Agreement
This Copyright Assignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the effective date stated in the executed copy, by and between:

Name and address as specified in the executed agreement
Assignee (Publisher)
Ghostline Publishers LLC
10155 High Ridge Road, Laurel, MD 20723
1. Work Assigned
The Assignor is the sole author and original copyright owner of the literary work titled as specified in the executed agreement, including all drafts, revisions, editions, expanded versions, future updates, companion materials, and derivative works, whether now existing or created in the future (collectively, the “Work”).
2. Assignment of Rights
The Assignor hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Assignee all right, title, and interest in and to the Work, including but not limited to:
- Copyrights and renewals
- Derivative works and future editions
- Print, digital, audio, and interactive rights
- Film, television, streaming, and adaptation rights
- Merchandising, licensing, and promotional rights
- All media now known or later developed
This assignment is worldwide, exclusive, and perpetual.
3. Author Credit
Nothing in this Agreement restricts attribution of authorship. The Assignor shall continue to be credited as the author of the Work.
4. Moral Rights Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Assignor waives any moral rights in favor of the Assignee.
5. Representations & Warranties
The Assignor warrants that:
- The Work is original
- No third-party rights are infringed
- No prior transfers or licenses exist
- The Assignor has authority to enter this Agreement
6. Recordation & Further Assurances
The Assignee may record this Agreement with the U.S. Copyright Office. The Assignor agrees to execute any additional documents necessary to confirm or perfect ownership.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
8. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior understandings.
